How does the iTero scanner work?

The iTero Scanner is a wand–shaped digital camera that can take thousands of pictures of your mouth in mere seconds. These photos are then laced together to create a highly accurate 3D model of your smile. This can be done without the need for any messy bite moulds.

Your Specialist Orthodontist will use the 3D model the scanner creates to plan out your custom treatment programme and design your custom Invisalgin clear aligners. You will even be able to use the scanner to see what your smile will look like each step of the way through treatment!
