Which type of orthodontic treatment is fastest?

Every smile is unique, so it’s impossible to know the exact length of treatment until we assess your smile at one of our clinics in Canberra. But, depending on the individual case, Invisalign® clear aligners and braces generally have the same length of treatment time.

To ensure the swiftest treatment possible, it’s important to follow your Specialist Orthodontist’s instructions on the proper wear and care of your appliance.

Some of the things that cause prolonged treatment include:

Missing or rescheduling appointments
Failing to wear aligners for the prescribed 22 hours per day
Broken brackets (usually from eating hard, crunchy or sticky foods)
